Infacta Blogged!Customer Feedback (8.2.2006, 20:17 UTC)
Just received this wonderful testimonial from a customer today... Hi,I just spent a half hour explaining to one of your competitors why I chose GroupMail over their product.  That is not something I will usually take the time to do, but I just like your software so much, I couldn't resist the opportunity to explain why GroupMail was so much better.  Then I realised I should at least take a few more minutes to let you know what a great job you did.  I evaluated nearly 30 di...

Infacta Blogged!RSS Threatens Search, NOT Email (6.2.2006, 12:45 UTC)
LET'S GET THIS STRAIGHT. It's not rocket science. RSS/XML is a technology that allows content consumers to pull selected information from the Internet. Email is a utility that allows content providers to push information to a target audience - apples and oranges. I'm somewhat tiring of supposedly informed online pundits preaching about the threat that RSS poses to email. If RSS will compete with anything, it will be Search Engines, which also allow content consumers to pull information from th...
